"I expected a lot more for what..."
I expected a lot more for what I paid. The hat looked okay at first, but once I had it in my hands, it felt kind of cheap to me. Maybe I was expecting better material or a sturdier feel, but personally, I don’t think it was worth the price.

My order ended up coming late, and I never heard back from support when I reached out. Still waiting on the hat situation to get sorted, lol.

"Nice hat, but the box was crushed"
I was excited to get the hat, and it actually seems like it would be nice, but the box showed up completely crushed. Because of that, the hat was bent out of shape when I opened it. I’m kind of torn because I like the hat itself, but the packaging really wasn’t good enough.

"Refund dragged on with no straight answer"
I sent my hat back thinking the refund would be straightforward, but weeks later I was still waiting and getting nowhere. I had to chase them more than once, and every reply felt like the same copied-and-pasted line about their policy.
The annoying part is it seems like they’ve got these little loopholes that let them keep pushing the timeline without actually giving a clear answer. The hats might be fine, but after dealing with this refund mess, I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously clean up that process.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered a hat from overseas the shipping was frustrating. The tracking barely changed for days, so I had to reach out to support twice just to figure out what was going on. The hat did eventually arrive and it’s fine, but the whole delivery experience left a bad impression. I feel like at the very least, an apology would’ve been nice considering how long it took. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the shipping process improves...

"Feels a little misleading"
The hat itself looks fine at first glance, but something about the tags just didn’t seem right to me. I’m not totally convinced it’s authentic, and I feel a bit misled because I thought I was getting the real deal.

I was checking out a few hats, but the product descriptions just didn’t tell me enough. The sizing, material, and fit were all kind of unclear, and that made me second-guess ordering. Maybe other people wouldn’t mind, but for me it was just... annoying. I wanted to buy, but without the details..

"Pretty much everything I liked was sold out"
I went on hatshop.com looking for a cap I had my eye on, but almost every size or color was out of stock. I clicked around and found a few other ones I kinda liked, and it was basically the same situation. It just felt a bit pointless browsing when you can’t actually buy most of the stuff. They should probably keep the stock info updated better or maybe hide items until they’re back

Returning something here was way more annoying than I expected. They don’t make the process easy, and then they charge you on top of it. Compared to other stores I’ve used where returns are simple and usually free, this felt like a total pain.

They’ve got a decent mix of hat brands, and I did end up finding one I liked, so no tragedy there. I just thought there’d be a few more options from the bigger names. Silly me, expecting variety at a place selling hats.

I bought a cap from hatshop.com i’m annoyed. After only a few wears, the stitching was already coming loose and the whole shape started looking off. I don’t expect a hat to last forever, but come on, for the price, it should’ve held up way better than this. Definitely not buying from there again...

"Hat styles felt uninspired"
I went on hatshop.com hoping to find a hat with a little personality, but everything felt kind of bland. A lot of the styles looked really similar, and some had that old-fashioned vibe, but not in a cool vintage way.
I also didn’t see much variety in colors or shapes, so nothing really grabbed me. I even checked around a bit thinking maybe I was missing a better section, but it all felt the same. When I reached out with a question, the reply felt like one of those copy-paste support answers, which just made the whole thing feel even less personal. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Confusing on my phone"
I tried using the site on mobile and got lost. The layout felt confusing, and I kept tapping around trying to figure out where things were. Weirdly, I remember the menu icon being the one thing I kept staring at because I thought it would fix everything, but it didn’t really help.

I ordered this cap for a weekend trip, but it ended up showing up 6 days late, so that was frustrating. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was basically just guessing where it was. The hat itself is totally fine and I like it, but i wouldn’t count on the delivery timing if you need it by a certain date.

I tried to exchange a hat for a different size and it ended up taking forever. The email replies were really slow, and I had to explain the same issue more than once, which got frustrating fast. On top of that, I still had to pay for return postage. A friend had recommended the shop to me, so I was hoping for a better experience, but I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again
